Up-beat offers fun and friendly music tuition for individuals, groups and schools based in Suffolk and the surrounding areas. We teach over 300 pupils each week aged 6 years and upwards. We also have a JamVan – a unique and rather clever, portable music space which can be used for lessons or band practice.
Music is a wonderful part of our everyday lives, anyone can play an instrument, and there’s no better time to start than from an early age. Introducing children to music is an amazingly great thing for any parent to do, but the enjoyment of music must be nurtured rather than forced. At Up-beat we offer gentle, fun, and well thought-out music lessons which children love. We encourage a passion for music, and for the instrument they chose to learn. We celebrate music; we party, dance, sing, observe, learn and perform!
